Not only does it make things easier and streamlined, it also provides great analytics. What we do at Radian Web is provide a plan and roll out of an organisation wide Digital Change. This can either be moving from Paper to Digital or from an old system to a new one. We have the knowledge and experience to facilitate this need.

We have two methods of Digital Change Management, the first is via Consulting and letting you run the roll out. The second, is by actively interacting with your business.

4. Group Teaching Session in each section of roll out

We know that Change Management can be hard and is definitely a learning process. Because of this, some of the things we incorporate are from TESOL. Yes, that's right, Teaching English methodologies we incorporate into our roll out procedure. The age old "Repeat Repeat Repeat" comes to mind along with the "80/20" rule.

The main differences between these two approaches is how involved we are with your organisation. We can either sit on the sideline and coach your organisation or actively get involved in the process.
